Once a writer is assigned, you can begin discussing your resume's progress.
How can I get in touch with my assigned writer?
Feel free to reach out to your assigned writer through email or the messaging board on our website at any time. Upon assignment, your writer will initiate contact via email to introduce himself/herself. From there, you can directly engage with your assigned writer to discuss all aspects of your order.
Can I request for a revision if I want to change a few details on the resume draft forwarded to me by SAIGE Resume Services Team?
We offer one revision once we have sent the final output. However, if the changes entail tailoring your resume for a different job or updating a resume that's over 12 months old, this would be considered a separate order and would require an additional payment. While we haven't received any requests for significant changes thus far, we value your input and are committed to your satisfaction. Rest assured, we'll diligently address any requests for revisions within the specified timeframe until we meet your expectations.
How will I get the final draft?
Your finalized draft will be sent to your email in both MS Word and PDF formats. If you require a different file type to meet specific employer preferences, simply let us know, and we'll accommodate your request promptly.
How can I be confident that my identity and information will be kept private and confidential?
In accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, we assure you that we will maintain the privacy and confidentiality of your identity and data at all times. What is the estimated timeframe for completing my resume?
For Resume Creation (Either you have no existing resume draft available or you are a Fresh Graduate): Please email relevant details, including your full name, contact information, address, educational background (including years attended), any internship experience, extracurricular activities, and desired positions you wish to apply for within 2 days of confirming your payment. You may send this information in the email body or as an attachment in MS Word format to careers@saigecorp.com. The writer will deliver the initial draft within 4 business days of assignment. After considering any feedback you provide, the writer will finalize the product within an additional 2-3 days. Should you have further comments or requests for changes, the writer will accommodate them with additional revisions. Typically, our writers complete one order in 5-7 business days on average. For Resume Revision (Either you have an existing resume draft for editing or you are an Experienced Professional): The writer will deliver the initial draft within 4 business days of assignment. This draft will be a formatted resume with any missing information or unclear data marked for your attention. After considering any feedback you provide, the writer will finalize the product within an additional 2-3 days. Should you have further comments or requests for changes, the writer will accommodate them with additional revisions. Typically, our writers complete one order in 5-7 business days on average.
